These fun little cupcakes were for a beach party...they fit right in! I made all the shells out of fondant. The blue swirled cupcakes are coconut bliss, and the "sand"-colored are chocolate with peanut butter swirls. Everything on the tray in the display pictures is edible, including the sand (brown sugar)!
